I’ve been working as a designer in digital product design (user experience and interaction design) and marketing communication (visual and advertising design) for 7 years.

In my past experience, I created product design solutions for e-commerce, logistic, human resource and fintech. I advocate for the users by conducting research to learn about their motivation and behaviors, solving their problems and collaborating with the product team to deliver design solutions that drive user growth and retention.

As a marketing designer in the past, I focused on creating business designs, including outdoor and digital advertisements, to promote products and services, attract customers, and build the brand. My job satisfaction comes from knowing that both customers or users love the features and experiences I create.

I have loved visual design and illustration since I was a student. I would like to use my skills to continue crafting solutions that meet users' needs, are easy to use, and align with brand tone. I strive to create digital product designs that integrate user needs with engaging user experiences while generating favorable business outcomes.
